“गुलाबी चड्डियाँ” अभियान

मेरे लिए "गुलाबी चड्डी" अभियान का जो मूल तत्व है, और उसमे छिपी उम्मीद है की स्त्री एक सम्पूर्ण मनुष्य है और अपने फैसले ख़ुद ले सकती है, वों महत्त्वपूर्ण है, और एक ऐसे समय मे जब अराज़क तत्व संस्कृति के नामपर, भारतीयता के नाम पर आतंक कायम किए हुए है और वृहतर समाज और क़ानून दोनों हाथ -पर -हाथ रखकर बैठे है। आम स्त्रियों के मन मे और तमाम ऐसे लोगो के मन मे जिन्हें स्वतंत्रता प्रिय है, एक जो डर बैठ गया है, की इस महान देश मे औरतों को सबक सिखाने का जिम्मा कोई भी ऐरा-गेरा ले सकता है। उस स्थिति मे विरोध का जो भी तरीका हो वों चुप रहने से बेहतर है। और विरोध के तरीके भी कोई सन्दर्भ रहित नही होते। एक अति दूसरी अति को जन्म देगी ये निश्चित है। पर विरोध के तरीके को ग़लत बताने वाले अपने घरो मे दुबक कर क्यो बैठ जाते है, जब राम सेना के विरोध की बारी आती है? क्यों नही इससे ज़्यादा रचनात्मक तरीका ढूंढते है, अपने लोकतंत्र को बचाने का ? एक ऐसा समाज बनाने का जहा हर व्यक्ति की सुरक्षा और सम्मान की गारंटी हो ?

विरोध का कारगर तरीका क्या हो? ये निश्चित रूप से सोचने का मुद्दा है, और सिर्फ़ इसी सन्दर्भ मे नही, देश की ढेर सारी समस्याओ के निदान के लिए भी, आम नागरिको की विरोध मे क्या भुमिका हो इस पर भी सोचने की ज़रूरत है . स्त्री की समस्या भी बहुत सी समस्याओं से जुडी है।

ग़लत क्या है? सही क्या है? और जो स्त्री के लिए आज "पब" जाना ग़लत हो गया है, तो क्या पिछले हजारो सालो की भारतीय संस्कृति मे पुरुषो ने सोमरस-से -मयखाने का जो सफर तय किया है वों क्यों निंदनीय नही है? मदिरा पान दुनिया की सभी संस्कृतियों का हिस्सा रहा है, और भारत का इतिहास इससे अलग नही है, और औरतों का मदिरा-पान अगर हिंदू धर्म के विरोध मे ही है, तो कोई बताये की हिन्दुस्तान के कई मंदिरों मे, देवी की प्रतिमा के पूजन मे "शराब " का क्या काम है? शिव का भांग के साथ क्या सम्बन्ध है? कितनी लज्ज़त से भारतीय साहित्य, "मधुशाला", और मयखानों की इबादत से भरा पडा है। या वों भी कोई अँगरेज़ अनुवाद करके छोड़ गया है?

मुझे लगता है की संस्कृति पर , भारतीय इतिहास पर, और अपने बदलते परिवेश को समझने के लिए, और भविष्य क्या लेकर आ रहा है ? शांत होकर अलग-अलग दिशा से वैचारिक संवाद की गुंजायश बना कर रखनी होगी। और सबसे ज़रूरी, हर दूसरे मनुष्य के लिए वही सम्मान बनाना होगा जो हम अपने लिए आपेक्षा करते है.
हिन्दी ब्लॉगजगत, और भारतीय समाज बार-बार इस सीमा को लाँघ जाता है, और ये निशानी है असभ्य समाज की, और सामाजिक -सांस्कृतिक उथलेपन की भी। कभी कभी मुझे लगता है हिंदू धर्म के ठेकेदार जब तक इस धर्म की आत्मा और सहिसुण्ता का नाश नही कर देंगे, और इसे इस्लाम की तरह आक्रमक (मेरा इस्लाम की प्रतिक्रिया वादी छवी है उससे है, जो "राम सेवको, और सैनिको के दिल मे है) नही बना देंगे उन्हें चैन नही आयेगा. जब तक हमारे हर देवता के नाम पर खूनी दरिन्दे संगठन नही खड़े कर देंगे, और जब तक हमें राम के नाम से, हनुमान के नाम से, शिव के नाम से, और हमारे इतिहास और धर्म मे जो भी गौरवशाली है, उससे नफरत नही हो जायेगी, तब तक ये धर्म की रक्षा का बीडा उठा कर रखेगे।
इसीलिये ये सिर्फ़ औरतों की ही जिम्मेदारी नही है, हर उस भारतीय की जिम्मेदारी है, की वों यूं ही अपनी आजादी का , सांस्कृतिक गौरव का और धार्मिक श्रदा का अपहरण कुछ लगावे-भगवो को न करने दे।

पवन शेट्टी की हिम्मत एक ऐसे समय मे नयी आशा का संचार करती है।

1। I believe that taking an opposition stand for "forced and self-guardianship" of Ramsena for Indian women, is right stand for any person who believes in democracy, and is freedom loving.


2. The second question, is what should be the nature of that stand?
I would say that one extreme results in another extreme and the "Pink chaddi" campaign is the logical consequence of the actions of Ram Sena.

3. Indeed Ram in "Indian Manas" is the most moderate person, who seeks consensus among different beings, and These goons should not be allowed to use name of Ram or any other respected Hindu Deity for their purpose. And their actions and misconceived believes are not equal to hindu philosophy and teachings.

3. Going to the pub or not going should be left as a individual choice for women as well, as it is for men. If going to the pub is wrong for women, then Menfolks should not enter there either. And I believe in 60 years of freedom, there is very little objection from the society for men. So lets recognize that aspect as well.

4. "Pink-Chaddi" is used probably as a sensational and attention catching word, it could have been virtually and "pink-roomal".
But the use of extreme in this case serves two purpose,
-one of course is publicity and letting people know, that there is resistance.

-the second purpose is more hidden probably, but reflects the anger of women, when goons start to decide for them, what is right or what is wrong, and people buy their point in name of the "sanskriti". It is also there to express this anger in the crudest form, and to reflect some sense of power of the rebels.

Conclusion: Before we start totally, rejecting this campaign, lets see,
-if we are happy "if Ram Sena " becomes face of Hindu values and Indian culture?
-What else can be done, if we do not expect "This goon-sena" our moral leader? becoz doing something is better than nothing.

-The third question relates to culture Invasion, effect of consumerism, economy and western culture, and it again requires another dimension of discussion, and a huge array of solutions can be found to counter that, probably the mode of action of "ram Sena" bajrang dal and "shiv sena" are not the ओनली way, Indians can invent.
